At the same time, the market is flooded with preparations containing it, often in the chemically least digestible and absorbable form of magnesium oxide, and moreover in trace amounts," explains Chvosta.Mindflow has thus developed a product with minerals and vitamins in organic form."The body is used to these forms.We thereby simulate the process as if we were absorbing substances naturally from food."Not just capsules, but also biohackingJakub Chvosta recently invited a biohacker to the team."We want to educate people and bring them information to prevent their problems," explains the twenty-seven-year-old entrepreneur.Each customer will receive a brochure with tips and advice that can help them with their problem together with the package of capsules.On the Mindflow website and e-shop, he publishes articles with life and bio hacks as well as recommendations for suitable foods and exercises.And next year, he wants to start filming his own videos and podcasts.Tails knows that he will not please everyone in the segment he has embarked on."But we're going with it," he says."Some people have a faster metabolism and don't feel the effect of the substances as much, some are more sensitive and a larger dose does not do them any good.It is already clear to us in advance that we will not be able to cover those two extremes," he realizes.That is why he returns money to people who are not helped by the preparations.It is enough for the dissatisfied customer to fill out the form and send the package back."We have received a lot of positive feedback on this guarantee," boasts the founder.Perhaps also because 85% of clients in surveys expressed maximum satisfaction with the effects of the substances, and less than a percent of them resort to complaints in the end.Mindflow's business has been growing steadily since 2017.The pandemic "only" slowed down the development of new products and delayed foreign expansion.It happened a few weeks ago and immediately in 29 countries.While the company cooperates with the online pharmacy Pilulka and Dr.Max pharmacies within the Czech and Slovak markets, they are conquering the world with the help of their own online marketing."We pick up the optimal payment methods for individual markets, logistics and distribution from Czech warehouses.When we fine-tune it, we will evaluate it," says Jakub Chvosta."We would like to start our own production.And in five years we might go to America," he adds to his dream plan.
